Surface Testing Equipment

INTRODUCTION

VIETSOVPETRO well testing service was formed since 1987 and has been successfully tested hundreds of wells on White Tiger, Big Bear field , Soi and Hoang Long objects on Vietnam offshore, etc.

VIETSOVPETRO well testing team has five highly experienced Engineers, two skilled technicians. Most of them have more than 10 years working experience. Beside of testing on Jack up, Semi Sub sea, Engineers of team also performed testing data analysis, Reservoir parameters are interpreted by Saphir software of KAPPA .co.

Almost testing equipments of VSP testing team are supplied by foreign companies. At present, there are two surface fully work-out testing systems ( include: Well head, flexible hose, choke manifold, three phases separator, surge tank, transfer pump, pipe work, compressor, burner boom, hydrometer, etc. ) supplied by Flopetrol Jonston .Co., 01 DST down hole complex and 01 Sub sea Tree have been supplied by Halliburton Co., in addition, 02 KII down hole complex were manufactured by Russian.

Besides, in order to surface data acquisition (Wellhead pressure & temperature, annulus pressure, separative pressure & temperature, etc.) and measure flow rate pass separator, we cooperated with a domestic company for designed and successfully manufactured two digital well testing stations. For down hole pressure & temperature data acquisition in testing process we have K.8, K.10 electronic gauges and mechanical down hole equipments supplied by Kuster Co. USA

II. SURFACE TESTING EQUIPMENT

Most of testing equipments of VIETSOVPETRO well testing team were applied by Flopetrol Jonston .Co. include: Three-phase separator, surge tank, burner boom, choke manifold, Oil, gas manifold and supported equipments.

For surface data observation in testing process we have digital well testing station. It can continuously acquired surface testing data and display on computer screen by indicators, data table, graphic. Data can be printed anytime.

All of sensors were installed on locations of surface testing equipments. All signals of sensors were transmitted to testing station and exchanged to digital signals by A/D digital buffer driver & Amplifier.
